Steamed Chicken Mushroom Rice

This idea came from Mr sim.. and it can actually become a claypot rice...

Just love it so much..

 

Super tender chicken that was marinated for 4hrs...
Esp i used the kumpung chicken i gotten few weeks ago :)
Going to stock up my supply soon...
