I didn't have any chicken/wine during my confinment so now am making do with it... steamed chicken with mum's homemade hakka rice wine. Simply GOOD!

Hakka dish: Mei Cai

Did a easy dinner... hakka mei cai without the 扣肉。i used 五花肉 instead. This is a home fav. dish that i eaten since young. Can be done by either stewing or steaming. I chosen the easier way to it.
