Got a pack of it ytd and decided to use it with pasta today..

 

Tomato Mushroom Soup

Errr YES this combination SOUND super strange!!!!
All b'coz this very B L U R mrs sim
TOT she had a can of mushroom soup @ hm
After preparing the mushroom... after trying to add in the soup
DEN she realised ITS TOMATO soup
SO it became TOMATO instead of mushroom soup...

I saw this dish in a tv problem. A pl in msia sell something like this and i knew we will have n chance to go there for the next 1yr? so decided to do something similar after the host describe it.

 I made this again...
Mr sim was on leave coz he accompany me for a check up... by the time things ended.. he was supposed to go back to wrk BUT its alrdy mid of the day and to go to wrk, he nid to travel 90min to get there SO he decided to change it to a full day leave...

Since he is home early.. i decided to make him something he enjoy...

 

 

After steaming... all the richness of the chicken
went into the rice... :)
It tasted so GOOD
if only, i have a claypot @ home...

 

 

 TIME FOR DINNER>.....
