Baked Rice

Haven't had Baked rice since i deliver Baby Deslynn. The last time i had it was when she was still in my tum tum..

had a craving  Mr sim is @ home so he take care of her while i prepared and do the dishes...

Most of my pals are asking me to do up my recipes but for those who know me.. i don't follow a recipe or bother to measure what i used... So today as usual.. i will do a rough guide on the ingredients and steps...

These are what i used... you are free to use whatever ingredients you like to have it inside your baked rice...

Am LAZY NO! is no time to so up a white sauce so i decided to use campbell soup as the base...

This portion will serves up to 3 pax if you are  small eater.

1/2 carrot - Diced it - U can chose to use Mixed beans if you like

2 eggs

2 chicken sausages

1 small can of mushroom - Diced the mushroom

1 bowl of overnight rice

NOT to forget the cheese!!! As much as u like

Cooked all the ingredients like your regular fried rice dish

Mixed in half can of campbell soup and give it a stir

Spread into your baking pan/tray

Mixed 3 tablespoon of water into the balance campbell soup and spread it onto the rice

Spread GENEROUS amt of cheese on top and bake it...

bake till it turn golden brown and DINNER IS READY!

 

 

Baked drumsticks

 I had no idea what to do with the drumsticks i bought so decided to bake it :p
yummy.. it juz matched the fried rice so well... hehe

 

 

Baked Potatoes with beef pie

 

 

No idea what to cook for dinner.. just wanna something simple coz Mr sim won't be early.. so i decided to just prepared and heat up...
Something simple that can filled up our stomach :)

My ex colleague made us this very often last time and she used tuna/seafoods in it as well but both Mr sim N i are allergy to seafoods so i switched it to beef.

Baked pasta AGAIN

I had dinner alone... It b like this on n off when mr sim is on the shift work... Hate it to the max but Wat to do...

In order not to tink hard Wat to eat.. I Juz settle for my comfort food. ESP Nowsaday I had no interest in Chinese foods now.. I hardly can finished my foods now...

Baked Macaroni

 

    

This is one meal that i enjoyed alots ....
Decided to do a simple dinner..
i haven't done this for quite some times...
Macaroni baked with lots of cheese...

Being lazy i used ready done pasta sauce.. pan fried some mushroom and sauages.. boiled the macaroni ... mix with the sauce BAKED it...

Tada... a fast and simple dinner...

Baked Sweet Potato

 

Did baked sweet potato over the weekend.. rarely see Japanese ones in the supermarket and this time.. its huge.. grabbed 3 pieces home and turn out one to be bad.. its really nice, sweet and mashy..

Yeap i baked sweet potato AGAIN! this time using the sweet potatoes from aust. Honestly we still perfer the Japan Ones which are nicer in texture.. tis one is nice but we tink its more mean for swt potato soup.
