Mee sua

Did mee sua for dinner. Something simple and light. This kind of mee sua had a saltish taste on its own. So its a must to have to soak before adding into your soup stock. People usually used it for offering or on their birthday. i used some muscle meat to go along with it.. yummy.

Jie Lan Cai

Mum gave us some Vegetable that dad bought home. Its super yummy.. very long time didn't eat the vegetable that dad bought back from the local farm.. its sweet and not those vegetable that had lots of chemical in them.

I added in some rice wine in it.. slurp.. the gravy simply goes on so well in the rice....

四川菜

Made si chuan cai with lean meat for dinner. A dish that mum used to do. finally managed to get the crunchy texture this round. Added in some chilli padi to enhance the taste.
Method:
soak the si chuan cai till you are satisfy with the saltish level
marinate the meat with some salt and pepper
stir fry it with some minced garlic, chilli padi. I added in some dark soya sauce for the colour.
