皮蛋。肉圆。粥

Cooking this pot of congee took me 3hrs of slow cooking an stiring.. YEAP long hrs.. but its all worth it.. cause 我们家的沈老爷就是爱吃这样的粥。

在两个小时后，加上上汤。。在煮上一个小时。。
再煮的时候，一直要搅动才不会粘锅底。

肉圆。。我用了冬菜肉 做成迷你肉圆。蒸好了，再把它放进粥里。






沈老爷爱吃皮蛋。。我在粥了加了皮蛋。。把它变成 皮蛋。冬菜肉圆。粥

Congee

For me i had only minced meat and did some silver fish to go along with it.

For Mr. Sim he requested for century egg congee but i don't fancy that.. so cooked his portion for him.. with an egg added in.
