Birthday celebration for the lil ONE
ON 8 Jul.. we celebrated Our lil mafia's BIG ONE
That is how times flies
she is turning one TML...
Mummy baked the lil cuppies and made her an agar agar doll cake for her celebration within immediate families and friends
From the prepartion to the set up
everything just ended in a day just like a wedding...
Banner that daddy and mummy put up for the lil one with her FAV character..
Lil gift for the lil ones who came along....
Name sign that mummy and daddy came up with to put on the table..
cakes and foods that mummy prepared...

red eggs are a MUST have
roasted honey chicken joints and spicy drumlets ( CP brands) mummy did that morning
146 AKK that was ordered before on the welcome home party
LOTI! (BREAD) is a must have when there is curry... mummy made daddy went out to buy it early in the morning..

HCP Muah Chee
Opening CERM of my Happycall Pan...
MUAH CHEE
Everyone in the HCP group in Fb is trying out the recipe provided.. so HOW can i missed it when its MR SIM's must have snack when he goes pasar malam..
Verdict? OH BYEBYE pasar malam muah chee
What is needed......
Starting.....
Time to eat...
Ingredients A
200g glutinous rice flour
300ml water
1 tbsp sesame oil ( may use peanuts oil or shallots oil too )
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
Ingredients B
(estimate according to your preference)
Grated peanuts
Sugar
Method
1. Mix everything together and stir well.
2. Pour into pan and put over low heat.
3. Cover the pan.
4. After 5 minutes, open the pan, fold the sides towards center and slowly roll into a dough.
5. Flip the dough every now & then for another 10 minutes. Done.
• Mix ingredients B in a plate, cut & roll dough in peanuts mix.

Normally i will deep fried it 1st but decided to be kind to myself... the weather is either very cozy or very HOT and i/we cannot afford to get sick with fried foods nowsaday...

Baked silver fish
Mr sim's Fav
He said its nice to eat with rice/congee etc
AND guessed what?
By the time i am posting this... alrdy half of what i did was gonez...
That explained how much he enjoyed it..
Instead of pan frying it with oil.. i decided to bake it instead to make it cripsy..
Coz i doesn't want the oily after taste...
And it can last longer...
