Oriental cold noodle

we had chilled soba in Oct.. wanting something similar so decided to some an orential theme
I saw something similar in the menu of a Jap rest... so wanna to try my own verison...
I like this too... am falling in love with soba now
its so easy to do and no fuss over it.. we had dinner in 30min..

Marinated the noodles with some soba sauce for taste...
For side dishes, i had some pan fried chicken, jap cucumber, carrots, eggs. Spring onion & Seseme to ganish. 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients used:

Soba Sauce

One pack of soba
Sliced Chicken
Sliced Carrot
Sliced cucumber
Sliced egg

Chicken Caesar Salad

 
 Am missing the salad @ ...........

but no way i am just making my way down to town..JUST FOR IT
hahaha not that ready DESPO to die die must GO down for it YET...
so decided its time i try my hands on it
ook la.. not tat bad... LOVE IT..
