Angel Hair with smoked duck

 I used this Smoked duck in 2010
Errr yes its dat LONG long ago
Got a pack of it ytd and decided to use it with pasta today..

am craving for pasta BUT mr sim is working late recently
so i decided to cook my own instead of waiting for him to bring us out.
Y U M M Y
very satisfy
Though alots of work to be done but its all worth it when we get to eat wat we crave.

Angel Hair Pasta

 

 

I prefer noodles then rice nowsadays and coz of Mr sim's irregular working hours now... we seldom dine out as well... to make sure i get to eat what i craved... so cooked it myself is still the best...
Lazy me.. used my fav brand of soup to make the base which doesn't need to add in water like some brands out there which are salty to be drink on its own. This brand never failed me in anytime i am in need of it.. but the company doesn't have alots of variety to chose from. Tink the most is 2 or 3 if my memory didn't failed.

Seriously i dun mind having this for my coming confinment too so i am listing down the ingredients i used.

Ingredients:

Pasta of ur choice
1 can soup of ur choice
Fresh mushroom
Baked chicken - own cooked
Brocoli
Carrot

Boiled the veg and leave aside.

Prepared the pasta as your usual way.

Slightly pan fried the mushroom and add in the can soup.

As for baked chicken - its up to u to chose what u like to add in... anyting u like as long as u wan it :p
 After that assemble everythings into the serving plate... Done.. dinner within 30min..

Pasta - Cannelloni

 Cannelloni.. are rect pasta sheets that are rolled into a cylindrical shape..
I love these coz the pasta sauce will be filled up inside..
Matched it with some grilled chicken..

very satisfied.. :)

 

 

 

Pasta AGAIN

 Errr YES its pasta AGAIN in the hse..
I had lost count of how many times i had pasta and till date.. haven't get sick of it..
Its becoming on of my comfort foods with baby inside...

Decided to make my own chicken meatballs with minced chicken meat..
Steamed it then add into the pasta sauce to slightly braise it.. to let it get more flavour.

 

 

Baked pasta AGAIN

I had dinner alone... It b like this on n off when mr sim is on the shift work... Hate it to the max but Wat to do...

In order not to tink hard Wat to eat.. I Juz settle for my comfort food. ESP Nowsaday I had no interest in Chinese foods now.. I hardly can finished my foods now...

Pasta overdozed...

Errrrmmm yeap its pasta AGAIN ... Can't think of cooking.. not in the mood recently to do complicated cooking... that need more time and effort to prepare... so SIMPLE fast EASY is what i can thought of nowsaday...
