Potato Stew

 Leave 3 potatoes on my table and if i dun use it up.. it will end up in the rubbish bin soon.. So decided to make a stew with it.. and arghz.. 1 of it turned rotten in the middle so am leave with 2..

Nevertheless, it still tasted very good with my congee... naturally sweet with the carrot added in..
