Porridge

 

Actually the plan is to cook PLAIN congee
BUT since i add quite a fair share of marinated meat from the won ton i made..
I decided to add into the plain porridge

Mmm surprised!!!!!

a very old memory came back
I remembered during pri sch days.. there is tis old ah ma who is a vendor in the sch canteen selling fried mee/ bee hoon + limited edition porridge.. very simple porridge BUT it just tasted so good... and its always sold out very fast...
After getting familiar with the ah ma.. before sch start.. i will swing by her stall and request her to save me a bowl of porridge...
hahaha *played smart* to pre order 1st :p
Very hard to resist...
