六味汤 is the most ideal for both of us.. since he can take it too..
so 1 stone kills 2 birds..
He get to enjoy his share as well.. i get to have some soup @ the same time..
As everythings are alrdy pre-packed..
All u need is to follow the instruction or DO what you always do..
I prefer to have it washed and rinise off to get rid of the dirt
Before adding the ribs into the boiling water, i pre cooked it to get rid of the dirt/tiny bones/blood, so that the soup base won't be so chalky later on.
Adding everythings into the boiling water to cook... I perfer letting it simmer for @ least 3hs.. BUT if u had no time.. u r always free to use the slow cooker to do so before work / before doing your own stuffs.
