Kuisine catering ( Halal) for lil Missy Sim

This time round. We used a new catering company in the market. Honestly there are so so so SO many catering company in the market. How would you chose one that you will like?

Some people like to stay in comfort zone.. using the same caterer over and over again...

some ppl like us like to try out new caterer for new taste...

SO

We decided to try out kuisine for the lil one's birthday..

and the best ting i did is... ask them to recommend what dishes combination should i go along...and after seeing the suggestion...

I decided to go ahead with it..

but i did an exchange for the dessert..with a small amount of money topped up to Yam paste instead of the cold dessert offered in the menu.

I went around asking HOW is the foods? And of coz the most important is my family must like it coz they can cook really WELL... and guessed what?

They like the foods... saying this company had a good team of chef in the kitchen

I myself enjoyed the foods too... esp the pineaple rice, the curry, the dessert

Will i go back to them when i have event next time?

YES

i would love to try out their other dishes in the menu next time round.

I like the way they did the set up.. i didn't even have to make any request for them to do so...

The guests can have 2 lines to take the foods instead of the Usual one line where everyone have to Q to take turns..

Label tags they placed on the tray

NICE idea... to have food tags placed on...

Alots of ex caterer we used or seen.. had no such tag.. who know what is being served right? Or maybe is me.. i like to know what i am eating before i decided if i want to take it

Pineapple fried rice..

Yummy... even my lil mafia is able to chew on it..

and she didn't land the rices onto my face ( which she usually will do so if the food dun suit her tastebud)

Errr yea i did let her tried it.. coz its not too dry or hard to chew on

When dishes served up fast... u know why right?

 Their signature dish according to the man who sent the foods in...

Wasn't too bad... dun be chase off by the oil...

its not that bad.. dun forget to buy your own bread to dip in the gravy...

 Not a bad dish chose if u are sick of chosing the usual sweet and sour fish

if there isn't any kids around.. i will request for extra spiciness in it..

 Look very common isn't it? anywhere u can find it @ a cai peng stall or so.. BUT no.. i like it coz it wasn't overly saltish.. the starch add onto the gravy was just right.. not too gluey or watery if you catch what i mean...

Cod fish tou foo... a hit among the lil ones... 

I didn't get to try this coz i dun take seafoods.. but reviews from the rest seem good... i saw my aunty eating quite alots of it...

Not bad isn't it? was still worry we will have alots of leftover... but NO... i only had a small portion myself...
