OMg I had a shock when its served
Enuff to feed 2 pax portion Prehaps coz am not a FAN lover at nite

Dinner - eat out

We ate out AGAIN
This week
Almost everyday
We r lunching or dinner- ing out

Had dinner at San zhong Liang jian 三盅两件
Decided to try out their set dinner for 2



The must eat Sam Sui ji


Claypot tou foo
Nothing impressive


Soup of the day
Potato soft bone soup


Change the veg which is dang GUI jie LAN to spinach with san se Dan


The not very impressive ju hua cha
Sweet to the max

This dinner cost us 60+
include 2 rice
1 plate of peanut

Bak gu teh

Dinner
Paid 30.90 for 2 pax
3 rice
1 barley drink
Plus 2 huge bowl of bak gu teh
1 plate of chicken feet with beancurd skin
1 jie LAN
1 you tiao
1 salted veg
Honestly this is the 1st time we felt Like puking after eating so much bak gu
It Juz made me wondered why they served us 2 big order when we ordered 2 n they din asked if we wan the normal or upsize...

They oso sell their premixed for u to bring hm if u like their soup base @ $20 for 10 pack if I didn recall wrongly.

Ang mo wanton mee

Had our breakfast in joo chiat today
Errmmm no no!!! I din go out all the way just to eat this
Happened to b in the area n many of my Frds r raving abt tis wanton mee
Since mr sim is a wonton mee lovers.. How can we miss it!

Mmm maybe the boss used to have red hair???

Both of us spent $13 there


Ok I dun find anyting really special abt tis wonton
Mr sim
Said it's salty enuff for their mariation
The chilli is GOOD


My normal size wonton mee


His upsize soup version
He seriously dun find it his plate of noodle


I had this all by myself
No raves no complains
Maybe I like it coz it's not overly braised n it doesn't have a salty taste in it...

Lunch @ Ambush @ Jurong Point

1st visit
2nd visit

Today is the 3rd visit
so we decided to settle for the set lunch
Mine was fish & chip cost $11.90+
His was Rosti with sausage $9.90 + $2 for changing mashed potato to rosti

Homecooked dinner

 

 

 

Eat out day

Settling our dinner outside with our Lil mafia was so stressful
We tot we can eat in peace when she is slping in the carrier after milk
So we decided to put her down to slp
Who know she woke up immediately
And
She suddenly wan more milk while dinner being served..

So mr sim settle her while I eat my share first...




1st time dropping into this place in raffles city
We often drop by the one at citylink mall last time before Lil mafia is out for zha jiang main n xiao long Bao
Wow Dat is so so so long ago




One thing they impressed me is their serving time is really FAST
Maybe we ordered simple dish or they r really fast...



Both r their signature dishes
Ordered the original taste duck
Ok tasted not too bad
The skin was very crispy

But the roasted pork was alil disappointing
Mr sim said only bonus is the skin really crispy
But the meat when eaten cold
It had a very strong pork taste
Which made him wanna puke

He dashed off to find an icy cold coke after we leave



MA po tou foo
Isn't it supposed to b spicy?
It tasted sweet to me...



Must eat with rice
Tender chicken cooked
Abit on the salty side if just settle it as a side dish.
