Homemade chilli paste

Nothing special with just basic ingredients like, 5 strips of red chilli, 2 pack of chilli padi, 6 garlics & 5 slice of gingers. A bit of salt & sugar. can serve with some lime juice.
I added in the big red chilli so that it be easier to blend.

We had the mooncakes and Tau Sar Pia before. The purpose of visitng is to make some enquiry and the cakes caught mrs sim's attention... YAHOOO.... they sold ready-made ones and no need to make pre-order... and best is 1 box of 10 pieces cost only $7.50.
Was too busy eating and didn't take any photo.. here's 3 pieces i got home after sharing the remaining... *wink*
In my memory, there are peanut, chocolate, blueberries, oranges, strawberry, mango, kiwi??? mm not too sure BUT all tasted very nice.. i won't mind having it again...

Breads
Was yakking with F, a new friend that i got to know recently. She is really sweet and very good @ breads due to her work. And i was complaining that my loaf bread never turn out well in the past and SURPRISE!!! she asked if i wanted to try her recipe.. OH really can i? usure its ok??? !!!
the recipe she gave me was meant to be a loaf bread but i turn it into buns with fillings...
BUT i am assured if its a loaf... cut it thick with filling or just slightly tossed it... it be YUMMY!!!! heavenly good.
ps: Am sorry i won't be able to share this recipe, so please understand.

Decided to try on homemade garlic paste for the bread. Not bad taste but kind of lack of the lack in the bread. shall try spreading some onto the dough next time for a better flavour.
