Am lazy  tired to do single posting

many are asking WHAT do u eat with a baby @ hm

do u still cook?

YES i did VERY simple cooking.. mostly one dish meal or simple steamed dishes..

Here are some of the dishes/meals we had

Fried Rice

Steam Egg Tou Foo with Meatballs

Jiang Cong Zhu Rou

Veg

Mushroom rice

Steamed threadfin fish

Tomato egg soup

Hakka Rice Wine chicken

A MUST HAVE!!! during confinment or any time of the year when one eaten it.. u will missed it badly... esp the rice wine is homemade with love...

My lil princess

Our lil princess is finally discharged from NICU after 1mth 1 day in the NICU. The real challenge started on the day she is home. It been 6 days with her and i have to confess its really STRESSFUL esp given her small petite size. Its much more harder esp there are times we are worried the strenght we used on her might cause her discomfort.

Sleepless night.. changing of diapers, feedings etc
We are really tired out..
BUT its all worth it... when she smiled sweetly to us...

Bathing for her is a REAL HUGE challenge coz she be screaming on top of her lung.. making me worry i am making her uncomfort or I might drop her into the water when she struggled...

Milk time MUST always be on the DOT.. if not, even at 1am her voice will be LOUD and clear... luckily no man in blue knock @ our door yet...

I told her, we are the triangle plate parent in training... and she is a new baby in training so we must bear with each others and learnt the process together.

I didn't have any chicken/wine during my confinment so now am making do with it... steamed chicken with mum's homemade hakka rice wine. Simply GOOD!

I saw this dish in a tv problem. A pl in msia sell something like this and i knew we will have n chance to go there for the next 1yr? so decided to do something similar after the host describe it.
