I packed extra Mee Hoon for tomorrow breakfast... hehe purposely prepared an extra serving so i don't have to go out tml.


It been some times since i done so.. i remembered i used to pack it for work. Even to the extend of for my ex colleagues too...
Too bad Mr sim workpl had no microwave oven to reheat up the foods. If not, i will do lunch for him..
I WISH next time i am able to prepare it for our lil ones to bring to sch... ( hahaha) who knows by den i be too tired lazy to do so... :p

UPDATE:

Wanna something spicy... i added sambal chilli into the bee hoon... for my breakfast... lol only available for Mrs sim..,,

Fried Mee Hoon

Mee Hoon is one of the stable food in our house. I can have mee hoon 3 days a meal.. hehe be it thin or thick

any cooking style... i just won't get sick of it.

Since its going to be a one dish mean.. i used alots of ingredients in it.... These are all the things inside...

Good enuff to make us full :)

 Baked chicken Thigh

Angel Hair with Mushroom...

This is so D E L I C I O U S

Mr Sim didn't expected it to be pasta - angel hair

he was tinking its some kind of noodles out there...

I used fresh mushroom with some chicken stock as seasoning and chilli padi... yummy

 

I decided to use foil as that we don't have to wash dishes after tat.. haha am so LAZY  creative hor.. :p Bottom layer... pasta...

 

Lastly topped with the ready baked chicken...

 Since everythings are cooked... Just need a lil timing to bake it to make it hot... before serving.

 

 

Tada.... another satisfied DINNER!

Suddenly felt like doing some baking BUT am so lazy to find my notes out
so baked according to my memory..

Though its not the fluffy kind but @ least its edible la.. hehe
Anyhow hamtam... still can eat.. considered lucky alrdy...

Just spread and rolled with some peanut butter with nutella..
ugly rolling too... hehe

Toasted Bread

 We love breads... be it plain or with fillings in it... Today decided to have some toasted bread with filling in it. Can be served as snack or a meal with some greens or fries..

Bought this in the supermarket since there's a promo going on .. i know our Mr sim will not like the orginal version SO in order to make him eat it.. i had to tink of something... someting that is similar to our local taste....

Sambal version... lol just with some sambal chilli added into the chicken stock

 Simmer it and added some mushroom n chicken.. the stock get thicken due to the rice cake..

 Does this look like some egg drop? its actually the chicken meat... but so similar to the egg drop isn't it... i added some tomato sauce in it... and it BECAME like the chilli crab kind of taste... lol... very very similar...

in order to complete a meal... i added some cabbage n carrot into it..
