Product review: BREADED CHICKEN BREASTS PATTIES

Waiting to be bake... i chosen to bake it rather then to deep fry it. The patties were huge.. bigger then most of the other brands available at the supermarket. I compared it with my palm and its slightly bigger surface then my palm..
Sun tanning in the oven...
We find the baked one good enough for our taste. Felt more "healthy" compare to using lots of oil to deep fry them. The texture was good as well. Not too dry or salty which i hate having such patty in the burger..

Woodland waterfornt

any idea where is this meant for? I was complaining how come such a big area BUT no place to sit on.. ask us to sit on such thing???? OPPS
Mr sim said this isn't meant for us.. its a JETTY so its meant for the ship..
This place will allowed ship to be park at this jetty on both side of the pathway... Serious this is the 1st time i saw such a thing... they will tied their rope over this thing...
Our Neighbour on the other side....

The sun setting...
There were so many photgraphers there with tripod standing by for this sunset shoot..

Some of u must be wondering where is this place...
ITS....

I been staying in this area since 1983 till my mid twenties... From nothing to how it been develop till now.. It's really amazing. Who would have thought this is how it look right now... it became a waterfornt for leisure and attracts crowds there when its so deserted long time ago.. we used to call it woodland jetty. This place throughly brought back alots of memories... memories of young time, studying time.. all the fun, laughter, joy and tears that stayed there. Friends going there to chat, to jog during sch days after classes. How those stupid 小强 freaked us off when its low tite making us moved around the edges.. Times really flies...

For the 1st time, i bought Mr Sim there after its being done up.. i am sure we be there often when visiting my parent.. really a nice place to walk around and have some sea breeze...

Bacon with Enoki mushroom

I remembered i only did this ONCE when we are still dating for Mr Sim.. after that.. its a strictly NO! NO NO whenever he asked for it.. if not, we will eat it @ rest. that sell in another version, usually wrapped with beef and served with some sauce... and sometimes wrapped with asparagus.

1 thing i hate is the oil will be splashing around the area and its not so healthy la.. i don't want to dirty my oven and clean like mad after that, we got no grill pan... i always told him next time next time.. haha yeap and its about 3yrs later... :p Was doing my walking ard in the supermarket then saw these enoki mushroom... *evil* tot.. suddenly feel like eating this.. with BACONS... and since its friday.. got to clean up the kitchen stove's area... alrite... so here we goes...

I am using my non stick pan to pan fried it.. in order to save myself to clean like mad.. i will covered with a cover after i placed all in to let the oil danced inside... on n off check it to turn it to the other side..
What u need

200g Enoki mushroom
200g bacon

Just pan fried till cripsy or whatever way u like it...
No need to add oil into the pan if you are using a non stick pan.

Chilli sauce

J & I were always talking about chilli this, chilli that
She passed me a new recipe to try out which she found in the library.. again she insisted that it depends on indivdual liking and this recipe had been in my note book for some time... since i am making some foods that need some sauce to match it.. i decided to give t a try...

Mmmmm I do quite like it BUT i tink we can still improve on it..

Sorry am not sharing this recipe... as she had made amendment from the orginal one she found on book.

Fried Rice

Mr Sim is very fussy with his fried rice... must have ingredients in it.. must be nice and frag. to take one after another spoonful of it.
For me, i won't use just cooked rice. We perfer overnight chill rice. It will make the fry rice 粒粒分明。 Just cooked ones usually will cause it to lump together for my case -_-" not skillful enough la... haha good excuse right...

Serve 2-3 paxs

I used 2 bowl of rice ( Ikea rice bowl kind)
Char siew
Chinese Sauage
Fishcake
spring onions
Eggs

Mr sim wanna to try out the pizza long ago but i refused to do so.. i had no good impression over such frozen made after trying a few brands out there BUT i had to say, this isn't a bad choice for a lazy day. The crust isn't too thick. Its more bread like compared to the thin crust kind.
This place is inside an industrial area where most of the foods trading company are located. They have a website where you can do purchasing and free delivery when you purchase over SGD $200. Whenever we are there, i will shop for alots of stuffs like yoghurts/desserts/frozen meats/ beefs steaks where you can request them to cut till certains inchs you like and have them air pack. Price wise, i would said.. affordable for what you get. I love the frozen fish fillets & huge scallops there too.
