dinner with friends

Did a few dishes for dinner with friends coming over for a small gathering. baked tiger king prawns for them too but forgotten to take the pic.

stew beef maggi mee

Rebina with lemon... simply shiok on a hot day like this

Our bunch ... lazy to go out with breakfast and since there are still stew beef leave... cooked it with maggi mee.

Noodles

i used the noodles that i used for wantan mee this time. tasted quite nice.. differ from maggi mee version.

pig stomach soup

cooked this soup for mr sim. as he always love it BUT mrs sim hate the taste and smell of it. If not, mr. sim's mum had cleaned it.. i will neber touch it.. hahaha *oppz*

I cooked it in the bak gu teh method. Stew it for 4hrs till its soft. *luckily never got complaint that its tasted crappy*

Happy Mother's Day

Managed to squeese some time to bake 2 cake for my mum & mil and i am leave with this mini one for myself.

They had never been a fan of creams ... so decided to do the most basic ones... which they be more happy with. Hopefully they will enjoy it.
