We were @ the market this morning and there is this cooking products going on. Actually this isn't the 1st time i saw this person at the market selling these BUT its the 1st time i walked closer to take a look. Well what caught my attention is the plate of 盐酥鸡 the person had done. And i tested the chicken... OMG! its crispy and DELICIOUS la... asked Mr sim to try out as well and he like it too...
Most important is the 椒盐粉。。。。which enhanced the taiwanese taste of it.
so I end up with 2 packs of the 地瓜粉 which is meant for the 盐酥鸡 and 1 pack of the crispy flour which can be used for deep frying other stuffs plus 1 bottle of 椒盐粉.
