Peanut soup
2nd time having this soup... i cooked double portion this time... Using the leftover for something nice which i love but haven't had it for a long time Stay tune for next post tml...
Egg
Ingredients used:
2 Eggs
100g minced meat
Spring onion
Method:
1. Marinate the minced pork with some salt, black & sesame oil.
Leave it aside for 30min.
2. Beat eggs and left it aside.
3. Slightly stir fry the minced pork and add in the egg + spring onions to pan fried till done.

Dinner in 30min
mmmm well i dun usually take lunch until Mr. sim is around..
once i am in work... no one can get me aways to do other things beside my work... I can only stop when i get everythings done... Mr sim. had given up on his nagging on my attitude onwork....
I am so busy tat he had no lunch as well... Hehehe *evil wife*
By the time i realised the time.. its already 6pm+
faster get everythings cleaned up... with an injured man @ home.. i can't expect him to go out to buy foods right.. though i am so tired ... i got to find something to cook...

I had the beef patties which are supposed to be our lunch -_-"
decided to do a brainless meal... ( ok ok.. not brainless.. but no effort meal)
Pasta... since i got the pasta, sauce, ham n mushroom
30min after .... here comes our 30min pasta...

受伤了
心里真不好受。。
We were heading to buy some bread then back home after our usual saturday groceries shopping...
Someone pushing a NTUC Trolley with loaded stuffs on it.. was trying to avoid someone BUT end up bumping towards our direction...
The next monment... blood flow out.. endlessly and even the floor was stained by big drops of it..
The man kept apologising but what's the use? The blood just won't stop... and the wife got freak off as well
she offered to send us to the nearby clinic and hearing that a trolley ran over the toes... the doctor suggested to have x-ray to see if there's any fracture. The couple said they are in a rush and offered to pay the medi bills on monday when Hb's going back for report and changing of bandage as well as to clean up the wound.
From x-ray... luckily there's no fracture but doc said have to wait for the report to be out..
*Pray* hard there won't be any infection...
If Mr sim isn't walking infornt of me.. i will be the one with this BIG BIG "toe" wrapped or worst... :(

Japanese dinner theme
Mr sim love sashimi while i can't take it.. so whever we dine out... he will have his.. i will have mine cooked version. The weather really humid and driving me crazy... wanna someting chilled..
so decided to make something chilled for dinner...
I even chilled the bowls ... haha
Its all worth it.. coz Mr. sim had no complain :)
Pon Shabu Shabu
Did some caramelised onion to go along with it instead of cooking it together.. i like it this way...
Pon ShabuShabu? What's that?
Actually is the brand of the sauce i used which is meant for dipping shabu shabu...

Didn't have a proper pot to hold it.. so transfer it to normal plate...
If only had a bowl of rice.. the gravy is so good that even only gravy + rice make me HAPPY!
Cold Yakoo Tofo
Nothing difficult.. I saw this tofo in the supermarket so grab a box... just assembly it abit...
Tada.... cold tofu @ home...
Chilled Green Tea soba
The weather is SO SO SO humid and hazy... wanna to have some chilled noodles so decided to do this.
1st time and i am SO proud of myself la... its better then what i had taken the other time @ a Jap Rest. And its so much cheaper...
Mr sim like it too and so maybe more to come along next time...
