美味盐酥鸡 - Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken Breastmeat OR Chicken Wings /Fish
Basil Leaf
地瓜粉

Seasoning for chicken:
Garlic
Salt
Egg ( use whole egg if using 1 whole chicken Breastmeat, Less then 1, put 3 tablespoon)
Fresh milk 1 tblsp
Seasoning:

Salt Pepper Powder 椒盐粉

Marinate chicken with garlic,salt,egg,milk for 20min. Add in 地瓜粉 ( don't mix with water) wait another 10min and fry till golden brown, add a few pieces of basil leaf fry together. At the end sprinkle with the 椒盐粉。

Seafood

If fry prawn or sotong, season with salt and garlic. Dip in the crispy flour then dip in with the 地瓜粉。
