Veg meatball congee

 

 
 I had marinated extra portion of meat from

dumpling-day and decided to use it to cook our dinner tonight :)

needless to say, YEAP
congee is always our stable and comfort foods in the house :)
managed to buy some You tiao this morning too SO it made it even more prefect..
As usual, Mr sim had his with eggy inside while i had mine plain...
