Ommettle



Was online with GF and she COMPLAINED her ommettle always failed.. and she was teased by her hubby and ils dat SUCH a simple food.. she oso will end up -_-"
she love the crispy ones but always end up getting scrambled egg style. Promised her to do a rough guide..

Tip: PLS do NOT be "cat" with the oil if you wanna Zi char stall style of ommettle which are cripsy kind.. DO NOT flip it over as soon as you tink they are firm enuff.. pls make sure the side turned golden brown and you don't see the eggy liquid anymore.. The top should appeared to be all cooked and firm enuff for u to flip without any struggling...

When the other side is done.. flipped it over to pan fried the other side till golden bown too...
Patient and controlling the fire will make it prefect...


DONE!!!
