姜葱牛肉

 Suddenly felt like eating this dish AND we seldom dine out NOw.. so in order to eat it... MUST COOK it..
.. so grab a pack of stir fry beef from the fresh meat section... -_-"


They sliced it so thickly which am lazy to use my knife to slice it again after i marinated it.. so just make do it. Good enuff to make me stop tinking of it for @ least some times...


 


 

 

What i used:

1 pack of beef
1 yellow onion
4 cloves of garlics
1 thumb size ginger
4 stalks of spring onions

Marinate the beef with:
2tblsp dark soya sauce
1 tblsp light soya sauce
1/2 - 1tblsp oyster sauce
some pepper

some corn starch water to thicken
Some water

Pan fried the ginger, onion, garlic till fragrant.
Add in the beef to stir fry.
If u like to have some gravy, can add in some water then taste if the taste is what u like.. if not, can add in some seasoning.
Last add in corn starch to thicken and spring onions.
Serve hot.
