i have a soft spot for dumplings esp homemade ones...
If u noticed, YES i pre-cooked it den keep it frozen....
I find it easier to handle this way... So dat by the time we wan to eat it.. i dun have to specially prepared a pot of water to cook it before hand. The tip of not going to overcook it is to fish it our once it started to float up.. doesn't have to cook till very long.. if not, u will end up with soaky dumplings in the end.
