Was intro this noodle by the vendor.. BIG mistake cause its not suitable for this dish... can only blame myself la.. caused i assumed its those HANDMAKE NOOLES.. but its not.. its more like those fresh yellow noodles... the akaline taste is quite strong too... i only finished 1/2 bowl and there it goes to the rubbish bin... :s
With the balance of wonton from the previous post... i cooked it with soup to serve with the noodle..
