there's a trend on Shepherd Pies... but who is selling the BEST?
I haven't ordered any to try yet ..Cause its too much for Just myself & Mr Sim..
Honestly i had gave up trying out from cafe/Rest CAUSE i can't find one that can match with what my Ex's boss - wife did.. HERS is the best i ever had.. i remembered i was SOLD to hers.. haha
The 1st time i had it was during the welcoming party for new staffs in the organisation. She made it for the party... @ that time.. i doesn't really dare to take it BUT my supervisor said.. YOU WILL REGERT if u don try... hahaha YEAP n den i was sold to it..
Every time.. whenever we have party or function... Her shepherd Pies will be our TOP MUST HAVE!
And U won't believed its not the normal size or 8" or 9"
Is those BIG PAN used for BBQ... really HUGE pies she will make.. and at the end of the day...
Nothing left behind...
I know i won't be able to make her standard so i decided to do something i tink Mr sim will like... He is FUSSY LA. so i have to make sure he will eat wat i had planned.. if not...
Rubbish bin will be in luck.
I leave out the mixed veg cause Mr. sim doesn't like that... so its juz simple things you find in pasta ...

*HAPPY* Mr & Mrs Sim finished every single bites...
P/s : Am not sharing the recipe.... Not very satisfy with it Yet... or maybe i had some other plan... mmm *tinking light blub on*
