Steamed Pomfret

 

Waiting to be steam.... used 斗鲳。。。considered teochew style but i mix my own sauce for its gravy... yummy... esp the soup from it.. so not really teochew ??? anyway dun bother.. as long as its nice.. :p not bother wat style it is...

There's fresh mushroom, salted veg, egg tou fu, ginger, spring onions, yuen shui...

 

Steamed and ready to EAT.... 开动了。。。。

 

Cooked congee and it became fish congee.... extremely NICE this round coz of the soup...
