Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup

I played cheat in tis soup.. BECAUSE i am busy and lazy @ the same time... to do myown soup base.. so i used those CAN Creamy chicken.. added fresh mushroom and some carrots.... TADA.... very delicious soup we had for dinner *thick skin* :p

But is really nice when u r HUNGRY la.. esp the fresh mushroom + carrot... yum yum
