Stir Fried Celery

 Bought 1/4 celery from yesterday marketing. I perfer buying celery from the veg stall in the market cause supermaket ones are alots a HUGE branch of it.

I only realised it today after doing a read up

1. Celery seeds or celery seed extract must be avoided during pregnancy as they may act as a uterine stimulant.



2. Celery root is a frequent cause of food allergy.
