After eating the mashed potato on fri... i am craving for MORE but i know MR sim gonna nag @ me IF i am juz going there to EAT... so decided to make my own... since he love potato.. he didn't said CAN DUN make anot.. hehe
I decided to bake it a lil while... yyummy...
I happened to see the red skin potatoes in the market today so i grabbed 2 of it...
added a lil soup stock that i made for today's dinner..
Plus some black pepper and cheese...
YUMMY!
