Homemade Char Siew

 

 

Decided to make my own char siew. Our Mr sim is super fussy about this char siew
cannot too dry.. cannot no fats.. cannot too sweet..
cannot this and that
so i decided to use 五花肉 since there's meat and fats in it...

He had no complains...
