Been really a super long time since i cooked this soup
Instead of the usual ways i do my soup
TOday decided to make some changes to the soup... some lighter version
with carrots, some freshmushroom, chicken meat which i debone from the chicken thigh i gotten, using the bones to make the broth.
Ingredients:
1 piece of wintermelon - cut into cubes
1 piece carrot - cut into cubes
5-6 pieces fresh shitake mushroom - cut into cubes
1 chicken thigh - deboned, cut into cubes
Chicken bones from the chicken thigh
salt to taste
700ml water
