I stared at the box of minced meat i gotten for a long time -_-"Am lazy to tink of what to do or what i want to do will take a lots of preparation work..
Simply cannot be bother to tink much
Juz grabbed whatever i had on the table.. marainted it..
Tada... haha i called it the 随心所欲肉饼
I added a lil cornflour, a lil osyter sauce, a lil salt, a lil pepper, a lil fermented beancurd, a lil chilli flakes, a lil parsly flake.
Last min decided to add in some mushroom with some garlic using the oil from the patties..
Luckily Mr. sim had no complain.. but he said will better with some gravy.
