Bake: Chiffon cake

Juz out from the oven....



Cooling it... *oppz* *peeping tom* in action...

Getting it out of the pan after cooling..

The skin are still around *happy*

Ladies & Gentlemen.... presenting to u:
It had been DONKEY years since i touched on chiffon cake. Never had luck with them. Was facebooking playing the game called Baking LIFE then saw K's post on her past chiffon cake... haha my fingers started to itchy.. to do or not to do????

But i doesn't want to open a pack of milk or coconut milk when i am not going to use it these few days.... and i only had limited resources @ home now...

I bought a box of earl grey recently.. and so here it goes....

Look super -_-" ugly la... not evenly spread out.. haha can only blame myself for bring kan chiong to send it into the oven.
But 不要以貌取人。。。 it tasted very good... not overly dried out like some chiffon cake that you need to have a drink while eating it.. its moist enough... the tea tasted wasn't as strong as i am thinking and it leave behind a bitter taste in the mouth for a while... *haha* how i know??? cause i took a slice after cutting it.. couldn't resist though i am thinking to wait for Mr. SIM to try it 1st. But just too bad :p
I hope he will like it too.. will update after he try out.
P/S: recipe for this cake won't be provided...
