Smoked Fish

 Preparing to smoked it..
Seasoned with Salt and Black Pepper for taste..

 


Before and after smoking.. I added 2 sauages with it to smoked together. The fish is so tender even being smoked for 20min. On the left 3rd pic.. is the juices from the fish.. I was telling Mr sim.. it look like roasted pork isn't it..

Let's take a look @ the grouper fish... was watching Asian Food Channel sometimes ago and saw this guy doing smoked fish. It loook really easy so i decided to try it one day... really a long wait till now... decided to use the fish Mr sim fished...
I chosen to use Long Jing Tea to do it, REALLY very fragant with tea smell and taste.. Mr Sim love it too...
