Egg TouFoo with minced meat


Before married, this is one of the dish mum always do @ home...
very simple and easy to do.. beside egg tou foo.. you can use any dou foo you like.. either slightly pan fried it to abit crispy like golden brown or deep fried it.. it will asborb the gravy easily making it more yummy.

I used:

2 tube of egg tou foo
100g minced meat
Spring onion
minced garlic
oyster sauce for seasoning
Pepper to taste
