Soup: 肉骨茶 Bak Gu Teh
Mr sim requested for Bak Gu Teh. Prepared it with you tiao to dip in... yummy... A must to have red chilli with dark soya sauce to dip in the meat. I prepared extra soup base for tomorrow dinner... it definately taste better and richer in taste.
