四川菜



Made si chuan cai with lean meat for dinner. A dish that mum used to do. finally managed to get the crunchy texture this round. Added in some chilli padi to enhance the taste.
Method:
soak the si chuan cai till you are satisfy with the saltish level
marinate the meat with some salt and pepper
stir fry it with some minced garlic, chilli padi. I added in some dark soya sauce for the colour.
