RicePot Rice... mmm sound weird? Well yeap cause its cooked using RICEpot(cooker)... I didn't tell Mr Sim what i used beforehand and asked him HOW does it tasted? Does he like it? He went
WOW this time is NICE... *smile*
worth all the effort... though its really simple but @ the least he like it... tat is most important :)
hahaha share with u, the secret i used...

All u need:

1 pack of Prima chicken Rice mix

1 lup cheong - sliced

3 chicken wings - marinated

2 cup of rice

1tsp dark sauce

I perfer to slightly pan fried the lup cheong abit to get the oil out... more fragant :) you can opt not to do so. I pan-fried the wings alil using the oil from the lup cheong. Not fully cooked. like 70% done. I perfer to do so, rather to just throw it all into the ricepot in case its not totally cooked. When the rice is almost done, put in the chicken and cooked it... DONE :) Lastly add in the lup cheongWho said using rice cooker, you can't get the cripsy 锅巴

To get this, just press "cook" one more time.. you be able to get this

DINNER TIME Cannot decided it i want to remain it plain or add dark sauce to it... so i did both

Whether to add in dark sauce or not since its already very tasty on its own coz of the premix i used :)
