Pastry: Madeleines

Madeleines are very small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape acquired from being baked in pans with shell-shaped depressions. Aside from the traditional moulded pan, commonly found in stores specialising in kitchen equipment and even hardware stores, no special tools are required to make madeleines.

BUT this vainpot Mrs sim ( ME) love buying stuffs....

everytime i saw madeleines on the buffet tables.. i will sure grab a few pieces on my plate and gulity me.. spend on this tray... so i must made full use of it... decided to make my 1st ever MADELEINES in the hse... though it look kind of ugly... but its still edible... hopefully mr. sim will like it.... then i will have other change of messing it again...
