This is the 1st time i tried braising beef. Remembered Bro sent me a recipe on this beef dish. But it had been kept in my mailbox for months... till i realised it been a long time, since MAY.. i lasted did stew beef.
Was thinking MAYBE I SHOULD....
try out the recipe he shared with me... since i had some braised meat sauce in the freezer...
1 stone hit 2 birds... can try out this new recipe at the same time...
Bought fresh beef instead of using the frozen ones..
It was so so so... NICE! haha *thick skin*
But instead there is a differ when spices are added in....
Even Our 老爷said he perfer this version now....
